Birthday Party Regulations

• When booking a Birthday Party, a deposit (€65) must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit amount can be deducted from the final payment for the Party. The deposit amount is non-refundable;
• Traquinas Park must be informed of the expected number of children up to 24 hours before the Birthday Party;
• It is the responsibility of the Adult organizing the Birthday Party to admit, drop off and leave the invited children;
• Children wearing shoes are not allowed to enter;
• Children are only allowed to stay in the snack room;
• It is not allowed to bring food from outside;
• The party snack menu may be changed with 2 days' notice;
• Snacks are only for children participating in Birthday Parties;
• Whenever, for reasons of force majeure and not attributable to Traquinas Park, the party cannot take place on the scheduled date, it may be held at a later date, subject to availability.
• Traquinas Park may cancel reservations up to 15 days before the birthday party, with prior notice.
